1. Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Officer
Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the position holder will be responsible for providing assurance on the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Company’s internal controls pursuant to AA Kenya’s Audit Plan.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related course
- CPA Finalist
- Professional membership of ICPAK/ISACA/IIA
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance
- Experience in developing, implementing, or maintaining Quality Management Systems
Desired Skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (high-level Excel proficiency)

2. Internal Audit and Compliance Interns
Job Summary
The position holder(s) will assist in providing assurance on internal controls in line with the Company’s Audit Plan. This role offers hands-on exposure to internal audit, risk management, compliance, and quality management systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related course
- CPA – Minimum Section 4
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and professionalism
3. Accountant
Job Summary
Responsible for preparing financial statements, managing general ledger accounts, supporting audits, performing reconciliations, statutory accounts preparation, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Minimum Requirements
- CPA(K)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum three (3) years’ substantial accounting experience
- Experience in monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory accounting
- Proficiency in computerized accounting systems (preferably NAVISION)
- Familiarity with IFRS and GAAP
4. Accounts Intern
Job Summary
Support the Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, assisting with audits, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (Student/Part II)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

5. Technical Training Officer

6. Credit Manager
Job Summary
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Credit Manager will oversee the Company’s credit management function, ensuring effective credit risk assessment, timely debt collection, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- CPA(K) Finalist/Completed
- Professional membership with ICPAK or relevant body
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in credit management or financial analysis
- Experience in developing and implementing credit control policies

7. Debt Collection Agent
Job Summary
Responsible for timely recovery of outstanding debts, maintaining debtor records, and supporting credit control while maintaining positive client relationships.

- CPA (Part II) is an added advantage
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in debt collection or credit control

Job Summary

- Certification in Motor Vehicle Inspection or Automotive Diagnostics
