Job Overview

Platinum Credit Ltd is seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join its Asset Financing Division as Branch Managers. This role is ideal for dynamic leaders with strong sales expertise and a proven track record in the microfinance sector.

Successful candidates will be responsible for driving branch performance, leading sales teams, and ensuring business growth within their respective locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage branch sales operations to achieve set targets
  • Drive growth of Asset Finance (LBF Loans) portfolio
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate sales teams
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, preferably within Microfinance Institutions
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related business course
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
