Job Profile:

• Job Title: Sacco Assurance Graduate Trainee.
• Reports to: Sacco Assurance Officer.
• Employment terms: 2 years contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Selling new Policies.
• Retain existing and entertain new clients
• Tracking all prospects, leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities
• Prepare timely reports of sales forecasts and field activities.
• Maintain high customer relationships with our existing customers.
• Getting market intelligence on insurance matters.
• Analyzing business results with a view to reviewing various strategies and /or effective control measures.
• Ensure that the good image of the organization is always enhanced.
• Renewal of existing insurance policies
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
• Claims Handling and documentation.

Academic:

• Hold Diploma in a business-related field, social sciences or equivalent from a recognized university;

Professional:

• Possess the Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance

Desired Work Experience:

• Fresh graduate from university.
