KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet business growth and sales targets
• Ensure business closed is retained in the books as per set guidelines
• Advise clients on appropriate commercial and personal insurance products.
• Source and develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals, renewals, and claims submissions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Provide timely support and follow-up on client queries and claims.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• 3–5 years experience as an insurance broker.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
• Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Performance measured on sales targets, client satisfaction, and compliance adherence.
