We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and goal-oriented sales representative to execute the following responsibilities and is equipped with the listed skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively sell and promote Solai Paints Products across assigned territories.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and ensure timely collections.
  • Identify Potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Provide market intelligence, competitors’ activity, and market feedback.
  • Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising in outlets
  • Submit Daily sales reports and daily sales routes
  • Follow company SOPs and job description while remaining flexible to business needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related Fields
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Target-driven with a strong focus on results and accountability.
  • Familiarity with assigned sales routes and local markets is an added advantage.
