Field Sales Representative – Mombasa & Eldoret

Transwide Pharmaceuticals Ltd is seeking a driven and passionate Field Sales Representative to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and expand the customer base
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions
• Conduct client visits to assess needs and promote products
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on payments
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally

• Optimistic, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer focus with excellent listening skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Life Sciences
• Minimum of one year of sales experience
