1. Branch Manager – Kikuyu
You will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales performance, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch sales and operations
- Drive business growth and achieve set targets
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
2. Team Leaders – Rongai, Kajiado, Kitengela
You will support sales execution and lead field teams to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate sales teams to meet targets
- Monitor performance and provide coaching
- Drive customer acquisition and retention
- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, leadership, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Experience in asset financing or lending is an added advantage
