To ensure the calls being made to our customers adhere to the set standards through following of scripts provided. Also, tracking all open quotations and closing them. Also it’s the responsibility of this role to give the business market feedback captured during call listening and during customer interactions while closing the quotations.
Key Skills And Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in any business related field or Customer care
- 1-3 years in sales
- Customer – first mindset and ability to provide real-time support • Very analytical
- Keen attention to details
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and proactive problem solver
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Roles:
- Closing open quotations
- Analyzing and reporting of findings as per the scripts
- Process improvement & gap management
- Any other duty as may be given by your line manager
- Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure accuracy, compliance and professionalism
