About the Role
Reporting to the Group Director, Business Excellence, the Head of Technology Reliability oversees enterprise-wide operational service delivery, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Desk, Monitoring, and 1st-Level Support.

Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ICT or relevant degree
- Relevant Certifications in Digital Transformation, Technology Leadership, Project Management and Service Operations
- 10 – 12 years’ experience at a leadership level
