Role Summary

What You Will Do

  • Lead IT strategy, operations, and team performanceManage infrastructure, core systems (LMS, CRM), and cloud environments
  • Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure system uptime, SLAs, and business continuity
  • Deliver end-to-end IT projects (initiation – completion)
  • Drive digital product development and continuous innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3- 5 years experience in fintech (digital lending, payments, remittances, FX)
  • Strong knowledge of: Digital product development , Cloud, networks and databases , Loan management systems / CRM, Cybersecurity & data protection
  • Proven leadership and project delivery track record
  • High integrity and professionalism
