Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Executive to drive on-ground customer acquisition for NenaSasa, an Al- powered communications platform. The role involves engaging businesses, identifying their communication challenges, and positioning tailored solutions to convert leads into paying customers.
The ideal candidate has strong technical sales experience, particularly in software/SaaS and B2B environments, and can confidently translate technical solutions into business value.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and engage businesses through field visit
- Identify customer communication challenges and present solutions
- Pitch and demonstrate NenaSasa (SMS, voice, WhatsApp, Al automation)
- Generate leads and book product demos
- Maintain pipeline and update leads in CRM (Odoo)
- Provide daily activity updates and market feedback
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (Degree is an added advantage)
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales (SaaS, telecom, fintech preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
