POSITION: MEDIA BUYER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage daily ad spend and ensure efficient budget allocation to meet revenue targets
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copy to improve performance
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Track and report on campaign performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new advertising opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (TikTok Ads is a plus)
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets (state range if needed, e.g. KES 500K+)
- Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make decisions quickly
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel setup, GA4, conversion tracking)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail brands (especially fast-moving products)
- Ability to brief and guide creatives based on performance data
- Understanding of customer journey, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Basic knowledge of copywriting for ads
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards
