About the Role
Kilimall, one of Kenya’s leading affordable online shopping platforms, is seeking an Account Manager – Footwear to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing footwear brands and sellers on the platform, ensuring smooth onboarding, strong performance, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding training for new brands or sellers before their store goes live.
- Support specific brands or sellers in their daily operations.
- Communicate business goals with assigned brands/sellers, develop joint marketing plans, and drive them to achieve performance targets.
- Follow up on inventory preparation and order fulfillment to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular data analysis and market research to provide operational reports and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Rich product knowledge and familiarity with the e-commerce industry.
- Self-driven, responsible, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
