ACCOUNTANT – OUTSPAN NANYUKI BRANCH

Outspan Teaching and Referral Hospital (OTRH), a leading Level 5 Teaching and Referral Hospital within the Outspan Global health and education ecosystem, invites applications from qualified and motivated professionals to fill the position of Accountant at its Nanyuki Branch.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage branch financial operations and accounting systems
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations
• Monitor revenue collection and expenditure control
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support procurement and inventory financial oversight
• Coordinate with head office finance department
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support audits and financial review

Qualifications & Requirements

• CPA (K)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial controls
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• High integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Essential Skills Competencies

• Experience in hospital or healthcare finance is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and reporting ability
