Reporting to; Campus Registrar, Administration, Finance & Marketing- Mombasa Campus

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure billings are done correctly;
  • Posting student payments;
  • Daily reconciliation of receipts posted;
  • Daily banking of cheques receipted;
  • Report on collections done;
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures;
  • Process backup reports after data entry;
  • Manage the weekly cheque run;
  • Record all cheques received;
  • Prepare manual cheques as and when required;
  • To ensure safe custody of banking slips and carbonated receipts

Qualification

Education, Skills and Experience

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business with specialization in Accounting/Finance or its equivalent.
  • Must have attained atleast CPA (II) or above.
  • Three years’ experience at a similar position.

Or:

  • Must have CPA (K)
  • Five years’ experience at a similar position.
