Administrative Assistant – Africa Biosystems Limited (Nairobi, Kenya)
Africa Biosystems Limited is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support guests, manage front-office operations, and provide essential administrative and coordination support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to liaise efficiently with internal teams and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, correspondence, filing systems, and office documentation.
- Oversee renewal of permits, licenses, and support office inspections.
- Maintain office supplies, utilities, facilities, and general office maintenance.
- Prepare documents and materials for internal and external communication.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally.
- Handle dispatch and receiving of documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration or a similar role.
