ROLE SUMMARY
The AdTech Manager is eesponsible for maximizing revenue and cultivating strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers (endemic and non-endemic advertisers) and internal stakeholders to grow PEP’s Retail Media Network. This role is the primary commercial interface, tasked with selling the value proposition of PEP’s Retail Media ecosystem, ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns, and reporting on performance to deliver exceptional return on investment (ROI).
ROLE PROFILE
- Growing and retaining Key Supplier relationships
- Retail Media commercial and sales growth – Meet and exceed sales targets for key suppliers
- Develop and implement a solid relationship management process to retain and grow business within key accounts
- Develop business proposals to onboard new partners
- Co-create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
- Oversee Campaign execution and performance.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
- Bridge between PEP’s internal teams and advertiser.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Media Sales, or AdTech sales
- Digital Marketing or Sales Certification
- Experience negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements
- Previous experience working with FMCG supplier accounts
