Assistant Executive Customer Service
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliver outstanding customer experiences through timely order processing, proactive engagement, and sales achievement. You’ll build strong customer relationships, grow product sales through upselling and cross-selling, and communicate effectively on orders, pricing, and new offers.
The role also involves managing debt collection within trading terms to maintain healthy accounts and support overall business growth.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or a related role, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, process orders,
- and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
