Assistant Training Manager

Platinum Credit is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Training Manager to support the development of high-performing teams across the organisation. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about people development, learning excellence, and measurable performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programmes.
  • Assist in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Develop high-quality training materials, reports, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with management to align training strategies with organisational goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant course from a recognised institution.
  • Professional qualification in Training of Trainers (ToT) and Coaching.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant work experience, with at least three (3) years in a managerial role.
  • Strong training content development and report writing skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and facilitation skills.
