We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to join our Bancassurance team. The successful candidates will be responsible for marketing and selling insurance products through the bank’s network, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell General and Life/Investment products to bank customers and prospects.
- Drive bancassurance business growth through cross-selling and field activations.
- Provide professional insurance advice and handle customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, underwriting guidelines, and Regulatory Requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare timely sales reports.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field.
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance – mandatory.
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales in insurance or financial services.
- Strong selling, negotiation, closure and customer service skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, team player and able to meet targets.
