Platinum Credit is seeking a driven and passionate professional to join its Asset Financing Division as a Branch Manager. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales and team management within the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the branch.
• Drive sales growth and portfolio expansion for Asset Finance (LBF) loans.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen customer relationships and uphold high service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, preferably within Microfinance Institutions.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related business field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a competitive sales environment.
