KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Assist in managing end-to-end product innovation, packaging updates, and reformulations.
- Track brand performance through market data, sales reports, and consumer insights.
- Coordinate brand ATL & BTL marketing activities in collaboration with internal teams & agencies.
- Work closely with sales, trade marketing, R&D, and production teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand budgets, timelines, and agency relationships.
- Support brand visibility initiatives and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Atleast 5 years work experience with 3 years’ in brand management.
- Must have experience in personal care or beauty.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and sales data. Creative thinker with a passion for brand building.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Project management and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools & Power BI is a plus.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
