Luton Hospital is looking for an experienced leader to spearhead our business growth strategy and enhance our brand visibility.
The successful candidate will oversee marketing, sales, client relations, and digital strategies while working closely with the hospital leadership team to drive innovation and patient-centered growth.
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead the hospital’s business growth agenda by developing and executing strategies to expand patient inflows, strengthen partnerships with consultants, insurers, corporates, and community organizations, and enhance the hospital’s brand visibility.
- The role oversees the marketing, sales, customer relations, and digital/social media functions to ensure revenue growth, superior client
- experience, and alignment with the hospital’s strategic plan.
- The BDM is a member of the hospital management team and contributes to overall institutional leadership and decision-making.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record in revenue generation, partnerships, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financing (insurance, SHA, corporate medical schemes).
- Experience managing digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results under pressure.
