Job Purpose
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, managing intermediaries, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive General Insurance revenue across Retail, SME, Corporate, and Individual segments
- Recruit, train, and manage intermediaries to achieve performance targets
- Develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee policy administration and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead marketing initiatives and sales activations
- Monitor market trends and generate detailed sales reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales
- Proficiency in MS Office
