Position: Business Development Officers
Reporting to: Head of Business Development

Job Summary
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for coordinating all branch activities, including business development, customer experience, marketing, people management, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through innovative strategies and partnerships.
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports to guide business decisions.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Proven background in business development and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and team management ability.
