Key Details

1. Aged between 22–35 years
2. Achieved a minimum mean grade of C- (with at least a C- in English)
3. Hold a Diploma or higher qualification
4. Currently unemployed or working on a zero-hours contract
5. Available full-time (at least 8 hours daily) for online learning
6. Comfortable with making up to 150 calls per day
7. Willing to work in shifts, including late-night hours
8. Ready to accept a minimum salary of Ksh 15,000 plus commission
