Safaricom is seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer – Scholarship Programme to provide strategic financial oversight and ensure sound governance across all scholarship-related activities. This role involves budgeting, financial planning, disbursements, reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement to support the programme’s impact.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
2. CPA(K), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification preferred
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial management, preferably within donor-funded or scholarship programmes
4. Strong skills in ERP systems, financial reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder engagement
