We’re looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to oversee one of our key retail centres in Naivasha, a leader who can drive income growth, strengthen tenant relations, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Centre operations, including leasing, tenant relations, occupancy management, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and client reports to ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Monitor market trends to maintain competitive rental levels and support business growth.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital projects to uphold safety, compliance, and high-quality standards.
- Supervise service providers and contractors to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and mentor Centre staff, ensuring strong performance and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with occupational health, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Build and nurture productive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
- Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in centre or property management, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, leasing, and service contract management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
