About the Church
P.C.E.A Dandora Church invites qualified, committed, and experienced individuals to apply for the position of Church Administrator. The successful candidate will oversee daily church operations, financial management, and administrative coordination to support the church’s mission and activities.
Position: Church Administrator
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration
- Manage daily office operations
- Maintain church records and documentation
- Supervise staff and coordinate administrative functions
2. Finance
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll management
- Monitor budgets in line with CPA standards
- Ensure proper financial record-keeping and accountability
3. Operations
- Supervise property maintenance
- Manage asset registers
- Oversee utility payments and general church facilities management
Core Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Business Management
- CPA Section 3
- A Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Strong computer and office administration skills
Character & Personal Attributes
- Upright church member aged 30 years and above
- Must have a Pastor’s recommendation
- High level of confidentiality
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
