Job Description
This role supports Clearance and Brokerage Operations through the execution of defined administrative, customer service, and regulatory processes. Responsibilities span brokerage administration, clearance customer service, cage handling, supply chain solutions and engineering, and cross-border customs clearance (face-to-face and online). The position requires strict adherence to established procedures, timelines, and compliance standards.
The role holder is responsible for completing assigned tasks accurately and on time, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant internal and external requirements. Anomalies are identified and addressed using established rules and procedures, with more complex issues escalated to senior team members when necessary.
