KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish a participatory process in media development to ensure contextually relevant content promotes access to information, e.g. GBV and SRH among teenagers and communities.
- Ensure coordination and implementation of outreach activities.
- Lead project planning & implementation on time
- Draft messages for SMS/WhatsApp distribution
- Improve access to accurate SRH info among teenagers
- Design child-friendly approaches
- Coordinate with stakeholders & community structures
- Ensure CHS compliance
- Support assessments, data collection, reporting
- Conduct focus group discussions
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Undergraduate degree in Social Work or relevant degree
- At least three years’ experience leading health programs, preferably in humanitarian sector
- Experience with children & youth projects Child Safeguarding training Project Cycle Model understanding Report writing, facilitation & community engagement
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills
- Creative & analytic thinker, managing multiple projects
- Windows, MS Office,
- Social Media competence
