Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret client feedback across multiple touchpoints
- Develop insights and recommendations to enhance overall customer experience
- Support the creation of customer journey maps and experience improvement plans
- Assist in tracking service performance metrics and reporting trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement experience-focused initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
