About the Role
The CX Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and delightful guest journey while driving operational excellence, team performance, and revenue growth across Artcaffé branches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Engagement
- Ensure a seamless and delightful guest journey—from warm welcome to fond farewell.
- Gather feedback and encourage guests to share their experiences through Google reviews.
2. Team Leadership & Influence
- Lead by example with a strong on-floor presence.
- Motivate, mentor, and coach team members in real time to elevate service standards.
3. Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with shift managers and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Proactively resolve issues during high-volume shifts and special events.
4. Sales & Upselling
- Drive revenue by actively promoting Artcaffé’s offerings through strategic upselling.
- Boost sales during peak hours and events.
5. Brand Representation & Growth
- Represent Artcaffé confidently at events and build strong guest relationships.
- Foster guest loyalty and repeat visits.
6. Reporting & Insights
- Submit weekly reports on guest feedback, wins, and team performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality setting.
- Degree or diploma in Food & Beverage (F&B) or a related course.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in service recovery, team coaching, and driving sales.
- Energetic, sales-driven, and committed to excellence.
- Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
