Job Overview
The Diaspora Sales Associate will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers to promote Tatu City products and services, to generate and convert leads. The Associate will reach out to potential clients in the diaspora, promoting Tatu City’s residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This role is integral to driving customer engagement and supporting the commercial team’s efforts through tele-sales strategies and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and build a database of commercial, industrial, and bulk residential leads by identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls tailored to clients in international markets such as the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada, and other regions to introduce Tatu City products, set up meetings, and schedule site tours for the commercial team.
- Aligning working hours to correspond with target markets’ time zones while maintaining flexibility for remote work arrangements.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of customer contact details, calls, and sales activities within the customer relationship management system.
- Sales Pitch Development: Develop and customize persuasive sales scripts to effectively communicate Tatu City’s offerings.
- Lead Conversion: Guide prospects and leads through the sales funnel, directing qualified leads to the commercial sales team for closure.
- Follow-Up Communication: Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain engagement and address queries from potential customers generated through advertisements.
- Strategy Implementation: Lead tele sales strategies and optimize CRM database usage to improve lead conversion rates.
- Collaboration: – Collaborating with the sales team to achieve diaspora-specific sales targets.
- Building strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in telesales, lead generation, or sales to international clients.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone.
- Experience converting cold calls into qualified leads and managing customer relationships.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with persuasive and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexibly across different time zones to engage diaspora clients.
- Experience in real estate or property development is a plus.
- Multilingual ability is an advantage.
