Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving total online revenue, shaping growth strategy, and leading team performance across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive total e-commerce revenue
- Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Align marketing, operations, and technology functions
- Manage budgets including ads, tools, and campaigns
- Build and scale high-performing teams
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Total online revenue growth
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion rate
