Launch your future as a Digital Customer Service Agent! During this hybrid (online + mentorship) training, you’ll gain practical experience, industry-relevant skills, and direct access to employers ready to interview you after completing the program. Generation Kenya provides full support, guidance, and mentorship throughout your learning journey and beyond.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Aged between 22–35 years
  • Achieved a minimum mean grade of C- (with at least a C- in English)
  • Hold a Diploma or higher qualification
  • Currently unemployed or working on a zero-hours contract
  • Available full-time (at least 8 hours daily) for online learning
  • Comfortable with making up to 150 calls per day
  • Willing to work in shifts, including late-night hours
  • Ready to accept a minimum salary of Ksh 15,000 plus commission

No prior work experience is required — just enthusiasm, discipline, and readiness to learn!
