We are looking for a digitally native operator who understands how attention works and how to convert it into engagement, leads, and brand authority.
What This Role Is About
- You will manage and grow KPDA’s digital presence as a commercial and influence engine, supporting:
- Event marketing and delegate conversion Membership visibility and acquisition Brand positioning and thought leadership
- You will be expected to create, test, learn, and optimize.
What You Will Deliver
- Plan and execute social media content (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns)
- Translate events and programs into high-converting digital campaigns
- Track and improve engagement leads conversions
- Support digital storytelling (industry insights, events, policy themes) Manage content calendars and posting discipline
- Analyse performance and recommend improvements (what worked, what didn’t)
Who We Are Looking For
You are:
- Deeply comfortable with social media, content, and digital tools Obsessed with what gets attention and why
- Able to turn ideas into clean, sharp content quickly Analytical you don’t just post, you measure Proactive and self-driven
Bonus if you:
- Can design (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Understand copywriting and storytelling
- Have run pages, campaigns, or content platforms before
