Role Summary
The Ecommerce Lead will be responsible for managing website performance, improving conversion rates, and driving monetization strategies to enhance overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize conversion rates (CRO) to improve sales performance
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Enhance user experience (UX/UI) across the ecommerce platform
- Collaborate with operations teams on stock management and order fulfillment
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies to improve performance
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conversion Rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Cart Abandonment Rate (Email Marketing)
- Revenue per Visitor
- Checkout Completion Rate

- Reports to the Digital Commercial & Revenue Growth Lead
