The Kyaka Hotel is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support executive operations and ensure smooth administrative coordination within the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties and Roles
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence 2. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Filing
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree
- Secretarial studies will be an added advantage
