The Kyaka Hotel is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support executive operations and ensure smooth administrative coordination within the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills.

Duties and Roles

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence 2. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Secretarial studies will be an added advantage
