ROLE
- Customer operations support and shipping arrangements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Export Operations & Documentation Handle end-to-end export operations including booking shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders.
- Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Liase with internal departments (sales, finance, Finished Goods Store) to ensure export readiness and timely order fulfillment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in computer applications with strong knowledge in Excel.
- Data entry skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of ICMS systems (added advantage)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with collaborative mindset.
- Record Management & Compliance Maintain and update export documentation logs and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Management/Logistics or Equivalent Diploma or any other related field.
