FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES – INTERN
Location: Tharaka Nithi, Embu, Bungoma, Nyandarua, Laikipia, Kirinyaga, Nyeri, Ruiru and Kakamega
The Field Sales Representative Intern supports the sales team in driving sales and revenue growth by assisting in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and delivering quality customer service. This role involves accompanying senior sales representatives to client meetings, learning to understand customer needs, and helping propose suitable solutions while gaining hands-on field sales experience.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Competencies:
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities.
- Educate clients on product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
