Job Description

Valley Hospital is seeking a diligent and proactive Finance and Procurement Assistant to support the Finance and Procurement functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial data management, vendor reconciliation, procurement procedures, and operational support within a dynamic healthcare environment. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, FinanceBusiness Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong accuracy and diligence in data entry and analysis. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Skills Required 

  • Ability to handle financial data with precision and confidentiality. 
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting and procurement processes. 
  • Vendor communication and reconciliation skills. 
  • Ability to manage documentation effectively. 
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
