Job Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple food & beverage outlets
- Maintain and enhance service quality in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control measures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Key Requirements
- 7–8 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management
- Proven experience in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment
- International exposure is highly desirable
- Strong experience managing multiple outlets
- Agile, dynamic, and service-driven leadership skills
