We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist (Consultant – Contract Basis) to join our team and help us scale Tuma’s presence across the US & Africa corridor. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to make a real impact as a fast-growing fintech brand.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement keyword strategies that reach diaspora and African audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics, providing actionable insights.
- Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversions.
- Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) to maximize visibility, installs, and in-app engagement for the Tuma app.
- Stay abreast of trends in performance marketing, ensuring Tuma’s campaigns are always innovative and competitive.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of 3-5 years’ experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
- Must be an individual contributor (not a company).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Proven understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to drive organic growth.
- Data-driven thinker with a proven track record of optimizing for CPI, CPC, ROAS, and app conversions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Certifications (at least one of the following):
- Google Ads Search Certification
- Google Ads Display Certification
- Google Ads Apps Certification
- Google Ads Video Certification
- Google Ads Measurement Certification
