We are a Christian school seeking a qualified Human Resource (HR) Intern to support administrative, clerical, and logistical HR functions, including records management, recruitment support, leave tracking, staff welfare activities, and general HR office operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize staff files, including contracts, appraisals, leave forms, certificates and retrieve documents for audits or HR processes.
- Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing recruitment materials and organizing onboarding packages for new employees.
- Maintain attendance registers, update leave records and support follow-ups on discrepancies while notifying HR Officers of payroll-related adjustments.
- Respond to HR-related queries about policies, procedures, forms and handle document requests under supervision.
- Support staff welfare activities, meetings, recognition events and assist in ensuring employee files are complete with compliance notices fully updated.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Membership with IHRM (or similar professional body).
- Minimum 1 year in HR roles.
- Valid certificate of good conduct.
