Requirements
- 3+ years HR experience, including training or learning & development
- Strong HR knowledge and understanding of labor laws
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, relationship-building, and team coordination abilities
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive mindse
