Job Description
The role supports HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics, playing a critical role in strengthening our workforce and supporting organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- CHRP certification or other relevant HR credentials (added advantage).
- At least 3 years’ experience in a busy HR function within a medium to large organization.
- Solid understanding of Kenyan Labour Laws and HR best practices.
Key Competencies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good knowledge of HR systems and performance management tools.
- Ability to analyse HR data and generate insights for decision-making.
- Discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- High execution capability and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
