Job Summary

The ICT Assistant role involves providing technical support, assisting in system maintenance, and ensuring smooth ICT operations across the organization.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ ICT support and management experience
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems including:
    • Opera PMS
    • Micros POS
    • Symphony
    • Sun Systems
    • MC (Material Control)
    • Back Office
    • PABX
    • CCTV
    • Door Lock Systems
    • Payroll & HR software
  • Skills in networking, systems administration, and ICT security
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
