The ICT Assistant role involves providing technical support, assisting in system maintenance, and ensuring smooth ICT operations across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years’ ICT support and management experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems including:
- Opera PMS
- Micros POS
- Symphony
- Sun Systems
- MC (Material Control)
- Back Office
- PABX
- CCTV
- Door Lock Systems
- Payroll & HR software
- Skills in networking, systems administration, and ICT security
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
