About the Role
Forvis Mazars is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and troubleshooting within a dynamic and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications
- Support the IT team in managing network infrastructure and security protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support requests
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
