1. IT Applications Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for banking applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system stability.
• Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and system integrations is an added advantage.

2. IT Network & Infrastructure Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the bank’s IT network and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support network devices and servers.
• Ensure data protection, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with network administration and infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, and server environments.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an added advantage.
